An excellent opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Corporate Solicitor to join a reputable legal practice in Portsmouth. They are a full-service law firm that are seeking a Solicitor with the ability to work on Corporate matters independently. Duties will include: Advise clients on mergers, acquisitions and other corporate transactions. Draft, review, and negotiate corporate agreements, including shareholder agreements and company restructuring documentation. Conduct legal due diligence and prepare related documentation. Stay up-to-date with changes in corporate law and regulatory developments. Collaborate with internal teams on transactions. Active involvement with business development
