We are currently working with a law firm in Kent who are looking for an experienced Paralegal to join their busy Conveyancing department. This role will be based in Bexleyheath.
Duties will include:
- Assisting the fee earners with all conveyancing work and managing their diaries.
- Speaking with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders and other solicitors.
- Sending draft contract papers on a sale, including obtaining management information packs.
- Replying to enquiries on a sale and dealing with Post Exchange matters.
- Dealing with all aspects of post completion including SDLT's.
Desired skills and experience:
- At least 2 years + Conveyancing experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience of using a case management system desirable but not essential.
