Commercial Property Solicitor – Leasehold Enfranchisement
We have an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Commercial Property Solicitor who specialises in Leasehold Enfranchisement to join a reputable legal practice just outside of Portsmouth. This full‑service law firm is expanding its commercial property team and is seeking a solicitor with a good understanding of the market.
Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of leasehold enfranchisement matters, including statutory and voluntary lease extensions, collective enfranchisement, right‑to‑manage applications, and freehold acquisitions/sales.
- Provide clear, practical legal advice to clients, acting for both leaseholders and freeholders/landlords.
- Collaborate with other internal professionals as needed to deliver a seamless service.
Qualifications
- Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 2 years PQE.
- Good technical knowledge or demonstrable interest in leasehold enfranchisement.
- Highly organised and able to manage a busy caseload.
