Duties will include:

  • Managing sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold commercial property.
  • Site acquisitions and development.
  • Attending to clients of the firm which could include a wide range of buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, developers and funders.
  • Drafting various legal documentation.
  • Dealing with complex property matters.
  • Managing a small case load of residential property work.
  • Active involvement in business development.
