An excellent opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Commercial Property Solicitor to join a reputable legal practice at their office in Hove. The firm has been recognised as a top 50 Law Firm by the Financial Times and are seeking a Legal Executive/Solicitor with a good understanding of the market to join their expanding property team.
Duties will include:
- Managing a mixed caseload.
- Attending to clients of the firm which could include a wide range of buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, developers and funders.
- Post-completion formalities, including Land Registry registrations.
- Drafting various legal documentation.
- Dealing with complex property matters.
- Active involvement in business development.
The successful candidate will:
- Be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with 4 years of PQE +.
- Ability to manage transactions independently.
- Proven track record of meeting targets.
- Have strong interpersonal skills.
- Business development and networking skills.

- Salary depending on experience £40,000 – £65,000
