I’m currently working with a well-established and highly regarded residential conveyancing firm based in Camberley that is looking to appoint an experienced Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner to join its friendly and close-knit team. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or CILEx professional seeking a genuinely supportive working environment with a strong focus on client care and team collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a full caseload from instruction through to completion.
- Drafting and reviewing legal documentation.
- Maintaining and updating the firm’s case management system.
- Handling all post-completion formalities.
- Conducting legal research where required.
- Providing clear, concise, and practical legal advice.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships through regular communication.
Desired skills and experience:
- Minimum 3 years’ PQE in residential conveyancing as a Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Chartered Legal Executive (CILEx).
- Proven ability to meet targets and manage a busy caseload effectively.
