We are currently working with a law firm in Basingstoke who are looking to recruit a Legal Secretary to support their Commercial Real Estate Department on a part-time basis. You will provide administrative support to fee earners within the Commercial Real Estate team, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations.
- Opening and closing client files, including obtaining ID and compliance documentation.
- Liaising with clients via telephone, email or face to face.
- Audio typing.
- Previous Legal Secretary/Legal Assistant or Legal Administrative experience within a law firm.
- Fast, accurate typing ability, ideally using digital audio systems.
Part Time hours - Monday - Friday 1:30pm - 5pm.
Salary depending on experience: £Pension contributions and holiday entitlement. Work Social events.
