An excellent opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Family Lawyer to join a reputable legal practice at their office in Hove. The firm has been recognised as a top 50 Law Firm by the Financial Times and are seeking a Legal Executive/Solicitor. You will advise on a variety of matters to include Divorce, Finance and Children matters. Duties will include: Managing own caseload. Advising on a variety of privately funded family and Legal Aid matters. Develop existing caseload in divorce, finance and private children matters. Drafting legal documentation to include Cohabitation Agreements and Prenuptial Agreements. Drafting various Court Applications. Be actively involved in marketing and business development activities. The successful candidate will: A qualified Solicitor/Legal Executive with a minimum of 3 years of PQE +. Experience in running your own family caseload. Experience dealing with sensitive and vulnerable clients. What they offer: Salary depending on experience £30,000 – £55,000 Full/Part time position. Hybrid working. Profit Share Scheme.
