An excellent opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Litigation Solicitor join a reputable Legal 500 firm in Farnborough. They are a full-service law firm that are seeking a Solicitor with a good understanding of the market to join their Dispute Resolution team. Duties will include: Managing own caseload of commercial contentious matters to include Shareholder & Partnership Disputes, Contract Disputes, Insolvency, Court Representation (list not exhaustive) Managing most of the procedure from instruction through to settlement. Providing a responsive service, giving clear and concise legal advice. Experience of taking matters to court is beneficial, but not essential. Attend to clients of the firm on a regular basis. Be actively involved in the marketing and business development of the team and wider firm. Maintaining continuing professional development requirements and taking an active interest in furthering knowledge within litigation. To regularly attend and be involved in preparation for team meetings. The successful candidate will: A qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 4 -6 years of PQE. Be able to work with minimal supervision. Have a very high level of technical competence when drafting documentation.
