An excellent opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Corporate Solicitor to join a Legal 500 firm with offices in and around Swindon. They are a full-service law firm that are seeking a Solicitor with a good understanding of the market to the ability to take on an existing varied caseload whilst also undertaking business development. Duties will include: Advise clients on mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and other corporate transactions. Draft, review, and negotiate corporate agreements, including shareholder agreements, joint venture agreements, and corporate governance documents. Provide legal counsel on corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and risk management matters. Conduct legal due diligence and prepare related documentation. Stay up-to-date with changes in corporate law and regulatory developments. Collaborate with internal teams on transactions. Active involvement within business development Desired Skills and Experience: Corporate fee earning experience essential 1-5 years PQE.
