An excellent opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Commercial Solicitor to join a Legal 500 firm with offices in and around the Berkshire area. They are a full-service law firm that are seeking a Solicitor with a good understanding of the market to the ability to take on an existing varied caseload whilst also undertaking business development. Duties will include: Provide legal advice on a wide range of commercial agreements, including supply agreements, distribution agreements, service agreements, and terms & conditions. Identify, assess, and manage legal risks for clients, in the context of contractual relationships, commercial transactions, and compliance matters. Develop and maintain strong client relationships. Conduct due diligence on commercial contracts within corporate transactions. Conduct legal research into relevant laws and regulations.
