This is an exciting time to join Ashville, a growing and successful independent school in Harrogate for pupils aged 2 – 18 that is confidently investing in development for the future. We are looking to appoint an experienced Marketing Officer who will be able to hit the ground running to join a new fast-paced Marketing, Admissions and Communications Department in one of the North’s leading independent schools. You will have a proactive approach to work and be able to use your initiative to concurrently manage multiple tasks with a close attention to detail and deadlines. This is a varied role and will provide the correct person with the opportunity to experience the full breadth of the marketing mix. Under the direction of the Director of Marketing, Admissions and Communications, the successful candidate will be part of the team to implement Ashville’s marketing and social media strategies to drive recruitment and retention of pupils and promote Ashville to all relevant audiences. You will have experience in a similar role and will be able to confidently monitor and report on competitor activity and market trends. The nature of the role means that there will be a requirement for occasional weekend and/or evening work as part of the delivery of key events. This is a full year, part time role, working mainly 24 hours per week, which could be across three days Monday to Friday. The salary for this role is £26,000 to £29,000 pro rata, dependent on experience.
