The successful candidate will assist the Site Manager to ensure the school’s facilities are maintained to a high standard, safe, clean and fit for learning. The postholder will have strong knowledge of facilities management and experience in managing maintenance and security operations, including performing duties such as plumbing, carpentry and electrical tasks. This role has responsibility for managing a team of Estates Officers.

Role details: This is a full-time role, working 35 hours per week, full year. The salary for the role is £37,000 per annum. There is an expectation that the postholder will demonstrate flexibility to work ad hoc evenings and weekends when required, and be available for any complex on-call queries that the team are unable to resolve.
