The Opportunity

Ashurst Advance Digital is the firm's technology and experience powerhouse, working with our New Law business to create differentiated services while embedding digital tools, capabilities and mindsets across the firm. We are seeking a curious and collaborative User Research Specialist to join the Digital Experience team, helping expand our UK user research capability and translate insight into meaningful impact as we continue to drive digital transformation.

We are interested in hearing from people who:

  • Bring core foundations including a degree in design, business or a related field and 2-3 years' experience in a user research or user experience design related role.
  • Can demonstrate a strong, shareable portfolio that showcases your capability, experience and how you have applied different facets of your research toolkit and approach.
  • Have experience working in agile, open and cross-functional teams and are comfortable collaborating with a range of stakeholders.
  • Are enthusiastic about innovation, digital transformation, evolving research best practices and continual learning.
  • Are collaborative, clear and thoughtful communicators who can articulate insights and translate between technical and non-technical audiences.
