This is a full‑time, permanent role that can be based in either our London or Glasgow office with hybrid working.

In this role, you will:

  • Deliver and project‑manage regulatory, conduct, prudential and compliance engagements with senior team members.
  • Build risk frameworks, models, and controls, and analyse client materials, data, and research to inform strategic insights.
  • Develop high‑quality client artefacts, including reports, presentations, workshops, and status updates.
  • Support clients in addressing risk and compliance gaps, operationalising advice, and leading client interactions where needed.
  • Contribute to business development, including drafting proposals; exposure to tech, data or AI is beneficial.

About you:

  • 1‑4 years\’ experience in regulatory, risk or compliance roles, ideally within consulting, with familiarity across common frameworks and standards.
  • Proven ability to deliver high‑quality work, with strong problem‑solving skills and a commercial, client‑focused approach.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, with experience producing clear, detailed business documents.
  • Comfortable building stakeholder relationships, collaborating across multidisciplinary teams, and seeking feedback to grow.
  • A proactive, adaptable mindset with enthusiasm for learning, taking on responsibility and contributing to client delivery and business development.
