Put simply, PRM helps ensure we are providing theright people on the right projects at the right time, across all ofour services. We are looking to recruit a Practice Resource Manager to support acomplex, fast paced and high energy practice group. The high volumesof resourcing requests require an organised and thoughtful responsethat delivers fast turnaround on a daily basis.
As a Practice Resource Manager, you'll play an important role inimplementing and supporting the delivery of PRM services, helping toprovide operational excellence. You'll work with the business tosupport the firm's strategy around agility and mobility of our peopleand will support the firm's people agenda.
You'll be responsible for the staffing of Graduates, Lawyers, SeniorAssociates and Counsel, on a daily basis. You will also have theopportunity to support the Practice Management strategy across thefirm's Global Network. You will have an important role in talentmanagement and liaising with the HR and leadership teams, to discussindividual performance and development. You will also be involved in arange of projects that are designed to improve the efficiency andagility of the firm.
This is a full-time, permanent role based in our London office withhybrid working.

Experience of working in another role within a medium-large sizelaw firm, either in an operational role or as a lawyer looking for achange of career direction.
Proactivity with a positive, flexible, assertive attitude.
Outstanding stakeholder engagement skills at all levels, theability to build relationships quickly and flex approach to becredible to a variety of audiences.
