Responsibilities

  • Draft and review legal documents and agreements for structured products
  • Lead negotiations with counterparties and advise clients
  • Draft initial drafts of agreements and negotiate structured product documents
  • Manage assigned projects and liaise with colleagues, clients, and other advisers
  • Contribute to department know-how and provide client presentations
  • Work with minimal supervision and take the lead on client matters

Key requirements

  • Post-qualification experience in international finance transactions (preferably structured products) at a reputable international law firm
  • Strong organisational and transaction management skills
  • Excellent academic track record
  • Enthusiasm for intellectually challenging work
  • Excellent client relationship skills and experience in business development
