Thesuccessful candidate will lead our social media function and beresponsible for the firm's social media channels globally, ensuringthat Ashurst Perkins Coie builds an engaged and relevant online audience.As part of a collaborative global team, you will coordinate closelywith the wider Digital Communications team which spans Asia, Australiaand the US to deliver compelling social media content and a cohesiveand impactful digital communications strategy for Ashurst Perkins Coieacross the globe.Key responsibilities of the role include:Leading the firm's global social media strategy, includingorganic, paid, leadership channels, lawyer training and employee advocacy.Owning the EMEA content calendar, responsible for the end-to-endplanning, creating, scheduling and publishing of high-qualitycontent in line with the firm's strategic priorities.Advising on social media best practice and deliver compellingowned and paid content as part of wider marketing and communicationsinitiatives across EMEA. These could include strategic marketinginitiatives, corporate news, thought leadership, and contentsupporting the firm's brand building.Reporting on channel performance, analysing monthly trends andmarcoms initiative impact, and deploying insights to ensurecontinuous improvement of our digital communications.Leading on agency relationships including briefing, developingcontent and paid-for media strategies for the EMEA region.Delivering an effective employee advocacy strategy and manageemployee advocacy tools to maximise brand awareness and engagementwith social media from our staff across the EMEA region.This is a full-time, permanent role based in our London office withhybrid working.More information can be found in the job description attached to therole on our careers site.About you:The successful candidate will have:At least 6 years' experience in digital communications or socialmedia, including providing strategic counsel and hands-on execution.Experience developing, delivering and reporting on the success ofsocial media strategies and processes.In-depth knowledge of how to effectively leverage social media andbroader digital marketing, and a desire to learn and apply new developments.Deep understanding of how LinkedIn works; experience in trainingothers both in person and online; and a genuine passion for growingand maintaining an engaged audience.Experience using reporting and scheduling tools such as SproutSocial, Hootsuite, Oktopost, Sprinklr etc.Excellent communication and networking skills in a wide range ofsituations, and with people at all levels within the organisation,including global leadership.B2B/professional services experience, ideally in a legal orfinancial services environment.#LI-HYBRID #LI-IW1
