The
Opportunity: The Legal Finance Administrator role, known internally as the Rates and Matter Admin Analyst, sits within Ashurst Perkins Coie's Finance Operations function, based in Glasgow.
The Rates & Matter Admin Teamplays a key role in ensuring that the firm's engagements with ourclients are set up correctly within our financial managementplatform.
This includes initial review of allnew matters opened globally and ongoing updates to client and matterrecords as required, including implementation of discountarrangements and ensuring compliance with agreed client terms.
This is a full time, permanentopportunity based in Glasgow with hybrid working.
Key responsibilities of the role include: Support the maintenance of client, matter and panel information within the firm systems.
Assist with the review and updateof rate class structures and associated data.
Support matter maintenanceactivities, amendments and data validation exercises.
Assist with the administration ofclient panel agreements and rate card updates.
Input and maintain rate informationwithin firm systems, including 3E.
Support quality assuranceactivities to ensure data accuracy and compliance with client requirements.
Assist with increased matteradministration volumes arising from merger and integration activities.
