The
Opportunity: An exciting opportunity exists in our global Knowledge and Expertise(K&E) function for a Service Management Coordinator to provideefficient and effective workflow management and administrative supportfor the function, acting as the central contact point for internal andexternal queries and requests.
This is a new, vitally important role, that enables K&E toprovide a globally consistent and high-quality service offering to thefirm and its clients.
Based in London or Glasgow, the role will report to K&E's Senior Program Manager and work closely with all members of the K&ESenior Leadership Team, and the Service Management Coordinator in APAC.
The role will be the primary point of contact for K&E in EMEA, engaging with both internal and external clients to address theirqueries, triage service requests and connect them with specialistresources within the function.
The role will be responsible for managing a diverse range ofon-demand tasks from the team's leadership, providing criticaladministrative support to enable the progression of projects andactivities and ensuring efficient coordination within the function.
The role requires strong organisational skills, basic data managementand analysis skills, attention to detail, and the ability tocommunicate effectively with team members and external stakeholders.
This is a full-time, permanent role with hybrid working.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Advanced skills in MS Word, Outlook, Excel and Power Point.
Strong time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively.
A client focused approach including the ability to grow a networkof professional relationships with internal stakeholders andcolleagues around the firm.
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with teammembers and stakeholders.
Ability to work collaboratively across a globally dispersed team, including supporting multiple managers.
