The Opportunity: Global Benefits Specialist – People & Culture – Reward & People Data Responsible for supporting the Global Benefits Manager and implementing global benefits for partners and employees . Key responsibilities of the role include: Global Benefits – Support with global benefit projects which includes technical design and then ensuring successful roll out and embedding throughout the firm. This will include management of global vendor relationships, brokers, and consulting partners including contract and plan negotiations, vendor selection, and monitoring of service level agreements. Employee Engagement – Design communication programs and run roadshows to enhance value of benefit programs and increase employee understanding. Data Collection and analysis – Monitor external global benefit trends and participate in market surveys Business Partnership – Champion reward activity throughout the organisation and actively liaise with colleagues to ensure successful implementation of policies and to understand where there are issues, concerns and ideas and provide solutions and corrections as required. Stakeholder Management (Internal) – Manage relationships throughout the organisation in order ensure reward engagement with key internal stakeholders, acting as a true business partner and specialist advisor, in order to ensure the firm has the right level of support and advice to make key decisions. This is a full-time, permanent role based in our Glasgow office with hybrid working. More information can be found in the job description attached to the role on our careers site About you: The successful candidate will have: Previous experience in supporting or leading cyclical activity such as a flexible benefit window and contract renewals Manage and support global reward projects and/or programs within desired cost, time and quality parameters Strong administrative, analytical and organisational skills Intermediate Microsoft Office user (excel comfort in v-look up, pivot tables, etc) Knowledge of laws and regulations in relation to employee benefits, including DC pension schemes Uses clear and effective verbal and written communication skills to express ideas, request actions and formulate plans or policies Articulate with good interpersonal and relationship building skills Highly proactive and a positive customer focused attitude What makes Ashurst a great place to work?
