The Opportunity:
As part of the Reward & People Data team, you will provide technical support for the firm's main learning management system and other related systems.
Key responsibilities of the role include:
- Provide technical support to end users and internal teams.
- System and records maintenance on the firm's learning management system (LMS).
- Provide system training for all new users.
- Assist with configuration and implementing system improvements.
- Maintain system functionality by troubleshooting, analysing technical problems and deficiencies.
This is a full-time, 12 Month FTC role based in our Glasgow office with hybrid working.
About you:
The successful candidate will have:
- LMS or systems experience.
- Advanced Excel Skills (including pivot tables and vlookups).
- Demonstrated aptitude for problem solving and analysis.
- Configuration skills.
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
