Key responsibilities of the role include: Maintaining the firm's information barrier system to ensurecompliance with confidentiality obligations.
Granting legal and business users access to confidential matterson a case-by-case basis in line with client requirements andconflict conditions, ensuring sensitive information is safeguardedfrom unauthorised access.
Removing user access in line with client recertification requirements.
Maintaining the firm's insider lists in compliance with marketabuse regulations.
Conducting routine checks and audits of Risk & Compliancesystems regularly and as needed.
Assisting internal stakeholders by advising on procedural andsystem issues and questions as they arise.
This is a full-time, permanent role based in our Glasgow office.
Thisis a hybrid role where, once trained, office and remote working willboth be utilised.
Hours of work: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, working 8.5hours a day including an hour for lunch, between the hours of 07:00-17:30.
Shift times may vary depending on the team rota, and a laterfinish may be required a few times per month in order to attend team meetings.
