The
Opportunity: Ashurst Perkins Coie Business Development team is located in major cities across EMEA, Asia Pacific and the US.
We execute the firm's strategy and driveprofitable growth with a specific focus on our chosen industries, markets and clients.
We focus on industry solutions and clientexperience, driving campaigns, leveraging client insights, andmanaging strategic initiatives to service our client's needs.
This is a key role in the team, responsible for supporting practice and industry collaboration, growth and client engagement across the priority areas of the Real Estate sector.
The individual will be a core part ofthe team and will work closely with the Real Estate Senior Managerand partner stakeholders to support the strategy.
The position also requires closecollaboration across the Business Development function to bring acomprehensive "whole of Firm" approach to our clients.
The role will support severalpriority growth areas across a variety of sub-industries within thereal estate sector as playing a leading role in supporting thefirm's global capital relationships and investor engagementinitiatives across key economic corridors.
Key responsibilities of the role include: Support the successful delivery ofthe practice & Industry strategy collaborating withcounterparts in EMEA and APAC to ensure global connectivity andknowledge sharing.
Utilise market and client insightsto keep up to date with current and emerging issues impacting theindustry.
Identify areas of client need and opportunities for leadgeneration, with the goal of deepening our client relationshipsand market penetration.
Strategic account managementresponsibility for several real estate industry accounts.
Develop an in-depth understandingof the industry clients and their businesses and assist with thesharing of that information within Ashurst Perkins Coie.
Strategic decision making andplanning (go / no-go) as well as contributing and controlling thedrafting and coordination of pitches and tenders This is a full-time permanent role, based in our London office withhybrid working.

Previous experience in the realestate sector is desirable.
Demonstrated experience of managingprojects and / or initiatives.
Excellent verbal and writtencommunication with the ability to effectively interact with peersand influence internal clients including senior stakeholders.
