The

Opportunity: Our Bids & Pursuits team are enthusiastic and passionate businessdevelopment professionals, unified by a common goal: to ensure wedeliver excellence in winning work and generating profitable businessfor the firm.

You will be an integral part of the Bids & Pursuits team, supporting the development of best practice bids in collaboration withthe wider Business Development team, partners, clients and other stakeholders.

Working directly with partners and key stakeholders across practice, industry and business services you will support the end to enddevelopment of high quality, distinctive and compelling client-centredbids and pursuits.

This role will work closely with our strategic focus industries andpractices, reporting to the Regional Head of Pursuits.

As part of our commitment to driving bid excellence and supportingthe professional development of our team, we are a Corporate member of APMP.

Key responsibilities of the role include: Work with fee-earners, BD team members, and other stakeholders todefine the bid strategy with a clear value proposition and winthemes for all bids.

Manage end to end process for bids and pursuits from qualificationto submissions, presentations and aftercare, including content management.

Champion Ashurst Perkins Coie's global bid & pursuitmethodology, drive best practice and continuous improvement acrosspursuits and bids.

Lead the writing, reviewing, proof reading and amendment supportto drafted content, for improved internal compliance.

Collaborate with all teams across CMG to share and promote bestpractice across bids & pursuits.

Analyse bid and pursuit reporting, statistics, feedback andoutcomes to support continuous improvement of overall quality, winrates, activity and spot to trends.

This is a full-time, permanent role based in our London office withhybrid working.

The successful candidate will have:3+ years' experience in a pursuit and bid role in legal, professional services or other relevant environments with a proventrack record of winning strategic bids.

Experience of proposal writing and collaborating with SMEstakeholders and other teams to deliver against pursuit requirements.

Experience supporting bid teams throughout the bid lifecycle, including critical meetings, presentations and commercial negotiations.

Strong work-winning process knowledge, writing and projectmanagement skills; able to transform technical information intoclear, compelling, succinct content for proposals to variousaudience types.

Ability to identify and client requirements and articulatebenefits and win themes.

Excellent organisational skills; ability to manage multipleopportunities simultaneously, work to timescales and deadlines setby clients.

Exceptional eye for and attention to detail, able to spot errorsand inconsistencies.#LI-HYBRID#LI-IW1
