The breadth is real: you will move across products andformats, helping clients turn complex ideas into executable transactions.The opportunityFrom day one, you will take hands-on responsibility for complextransactions, drafting, negotiating and closing deals from term sheetthrough post-closing. You will work on novel structures and help shapemarket-first documentation—not simply assist—while working directlywith clients and colleagues across the firm and around the world. Whenthe work is advisory, you will analyse challenging issues, draw on theFirm's expertise and develop clear, commercially useful advice. Thepace is high, the matters are varied and every transaction is anopportunity to deepen your expertise and help move the market forward.Key ResponsibilitiesDrafting and negotiating derivatives documentation (including ISDAMaster Agreements, CSAs, confirmations and related schedules).A dvising on securitisation, repackaging and structured noteprogrammes and structured debt capital market transactions.Supporting collateralised financing and repo transactions;conducting legal and regulatory analysis on novel product structures.Preparing client-facing memoranda and market briefings; andmanaging transaction workstreams and coordinating with internal andexternal stakeholders.About YouYou will be a qualified solicitor in England & Wales, typicallywith 1-4 years' PQE in a Derivatives, Structured Finance or DebtCapital Markets practice. You will bring strong drafting andnegotiation skills; experience with derivatives, securities financingand /or securitisation documentation is a distinct advantage. You willhave a sound understanding of financial products and markets,commercial instincts and the ability to cut through complexity.Excellent communication skills and confidence engaging directly withclients are essential, as are genuine intellectual curiosity and anappetite for continuous learning.
