Job overviewWe are seeking an exceptional Senior Associate to join our London Real Estate team. This is an outstanding opportunity to work alongside leading practitioners on complex, highâvalue matters for a diverse client base, including institutional investors, developers, corporates, and public sector bodies.
Professional Excellence
Advise on a broad range of real estate transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, development projects, joint ventures, and coâinvestments.
Draft, review, and negotiate complex documentation with a high degree of technical accuracy and commercial awareness.
Take dayâtoâday responsibility for progressing both straightforward and complex matters, ensuring deadlines are met and client expectations are exceeded.
Client

Qualified solicitor (England & Wales) with significant postâqualification experience (ideally 5+ years PQE) gained at a leading law firm.
Extensive experience in corporate real estate, including investment and development transactions, joint ventures, and coâinvestments.
Proven track record of managing complex matters and leading teams effectively.
Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to deliver clear, commercially focused advice.
