We are seeking an exceptional Senior Associate to join our London Real Estate team. This is an outstanding opportunity to work alongside leading practitioners on complex, high‑value matters for a diverse client base, including institutional investors, developers, corporates, and public sector bodies.
Professional Excellence- Advise on a broad range of real estate transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, development projects, joint ventures, and co‑investments.
- Draft, review, and negotiate complex documentation with a high degree of technical accuracy and commercial awareness.
- Take day‑to‑day responsibility for progressing both straightforward and complex matters, ensuring deadlines are met and client expectations are exceeded.
- Act as a key point of contact for clients, developing a deep understanding of their commercial objectives and providing tailored, pragmatic advice.
