  • Maintain Organizational accounts (Cash Book/ Bank Book/ledgers etc.)
  • Process account payables and maintain associated reports
  • Ensure authenticity and proper accounting before posting transactions in accounting software.
  • Review of daily receipts and payments and cash and bank balances
  • Keep vouchers and supporting documents in a proper manner
  • Prepare monthly/quarterly/yearly financials and perform related analysis
  • Maintain all bank accounts and correspondence with the banks
  • Prepare monthly bank reconciliation statements
  • Input in the development of hospital ERP
  • Have up to date knowledge of VAT, personal and corporate tax
  • Deal with income tax and VAT matters
  • Any other task assigned by the Head of the department.
