This role sits within our busy and highly collaborative Insolvency and Restructuring team. You will be involved in a broad range of work spanning both contentious and non‑contentious matters, contributing to the delivery of high‑quality legal support for our diverse client base. The position offers exposure to complex, varied and often fast‑paced instructions, working closely with colleagues across the firm, as well as external stakeholders.
This role offers the opportunity to grow and contribute within a supportive and engaged team. Your work may include:
- Assisting with business restructurings and formal insolvency processes
- Supporting on contentious matters, including insolvency‑related disputes
- Drafting and preparing legal documentation
- Conducting research and helping to manage matters
- Working directly with clients to gather information and provide clear, timely updates

Our Insolvency & Restructuring team supports clients with both contentious and non‑contentious matters, acting for all types of stakeholders - including Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, creditors, directors and employees. We help individuals and businesses navigate complex financial and operational challenges with confidence. We provide guidance on business restructurings, insolvency processes, winding‑up orders, breaches of directors’ duties, debt assignments and a wide range of related issues. The team works across both transactional and dispute‑focused insolvency matters and we can tailor its approach to suit your specific needs.
