We’re looking for a talented and ambitious Partner or Senior Associate to join our team in Bury St Edmunds. This is a senior-level role, ideal for an experienced solicitor seeking either Partnership or a clear path to Partnership as a Senior Associate. You’ll lead a local team and play a key role in driving the growth and success of our commercial property offering, while managing a varied and high-value caseload.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Commercial Property team in Ipswich
- Handle complex transactions including acquisitions, disposals, leasehold matters and property finance
- Advise on landlord and tenant issues, development sites and investment portfolios
- Provide corporate support on property-related matters
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Collaborate with agents, surveyors, accountants and other professionals
- Contribute to business development and strategic growth initiatives
- Mentor junior team members and support their development
