We are seeking a motivated Solicitor or Associate to join our growing Commercial Property Team. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality, commercially focused advice to a broad client base. You will gain exposure to a wide range of commercial property matters, including:
- Freehold and leasehold transactions
- Drafting and negotiating leases, licences and renewals
- Secured lending and property finance
- Options, overage and development matters
- Corporate support on business acquisitions and disposals
- General landlord and tenant issues

What We’re Looking For
We are ideally seeking candidates with 3–5 years’ PQE, although we are open to considering applications outside of this range. You should have:
