Are you an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor looking to take the next step in your career? Our Real Estate team are looking for talented, motivated lawyers with 3+ years’ PQE to join us across our Cambridge, Bury St Edmunds or Ipswich offices.

About the Role

You’ll work as part of a highly regarded Commercial Property team, advising a diverse client base that includes investors, developers, landlords, tenants, lenders and corporate occupiers. This is an excellent opportunity to handle high‑quality work while developing your expertise in a supportive and collaborative environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Managing a varied caseload of commercial property matters
  • Acting on acquisitions, disposals, leases, and portfolio management
  • Working closely with colleagues across departments on cross‑discipline matters
  • Building and nurturing strong client relationships

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years’ PQE in commercial property
  • Strong technical knowledge and sound commercial judgment
  • Excellent communication and client‑facing skills
  • Ability to manage files independently while being a positive team contributor
