- Lead the valuation and selling process for premium homes, including client acquisition, portfolio advisory, and negotiating offers to secure optimal outcomes.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Market Appraisal: Conduct thorough property valuations using local comparables and complex market data.
- Business Development: Win new sales and letting instructions by pitching agency services to prime homeowners.
- Client Advisory: Advise high‑net‑worth individuals, investors, and developers on property portfolios and market trends.
- Relationship Management: Maintain high‑level communication with clients, solicitors, and financial institutions.
- Negotiation: Oversee and negotiate offers to achieve the best outcomes for clients.
