We are seeking a creative
Social Media Executive
to manage, grow, and engage our online communities across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing social media strategies, creating compelling content, analysing performance, and driving brand awareness. This role requires a strong understanding of digital trends, excellent communication skills, and a passion for storytelling through social media.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute social media campaigns aligned with overall marketing objectives.
- Create, curate, and publish engaging content (text, images, videos, stories, reels, etc.) across platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Monitor, respond, and engage with online communities to foster meaningful relationships and enhance brand reputation.
- Collaborate with each of the estate agent branches to curate content that\’s unique to them.
- Track, analyse, and report on key performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversion, follower growth) to measure success and optimise campaigns.
- Stay up to date with social media trends, platform updates, and competitor activity.
Desirable Skills & Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or content creation.
- Strong copywriting and storytelling skills with a keen eye for design and branding.
- Proficiency with social media tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Canva)
- Knowledge of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, platform insights).
- Familiarity with paid social advertising and influencer marketing.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
