Our client, based in the Lissue Industrial Estate in Lisburn, is seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Operative / Warehouse Administrator to join their team on a 12‑week temporary to permanent basis. This role offers the perfect blend of hands‑on warehouse work and office‑based administration duties. You'll be a key part of the operation, helping ensure stock is received accurately and the warehouse runs smoothly each day.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Unloading trailers and assisting with goods‑in operations
  • Booking stock into the system accurately
  • Replying to emails and carrying out administrative tasks
  • Opening and locking up the warehouse
  • Helping with the day‑to‑day running of the warehouse

Working Hours (25 Hours Per Week)

  • Monday: 7:30am - 2:30pm
  • Tuesday: 10:00am - 3:00pm
  • Wednesday: 12:00pm - 6:00pm
  • Thursday: Off
  • Friday: 10:00am - 2:00pm

Pay Rate £12.71 - £13.00 per hour based on experience

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous warehouse and/or administration experience preferred
  • Good communication and organisational skills
  • Comfortable using email and basic computer systems
  • Reliable and able to work on own initiative
  • Ability to carry out manual handling duties when required
  • An accountable person who can undertake key holder duties
