Overview
Our client, a well-established company based at Nutts Corner, is seeking a motivated and reliable Warehouse Operative to join their growing team. This role involves working in a fast-paced stockroom environment, managing stock returns, and ensuring goods are accurately processed and stored.
Position: Warehouse Operative
Location: Nutts Corner
Duration: Temporary (Permanent positions may be applied for internally)
Rate of Pay: £12.21 to £12.46 per hour (over 21), £10.75 per hour (under 21)
Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, 8am to 4.30pm
Responsibilities
- Working in a stockroom like environment
- Sorting of goods
- Dispatch duties
- Location management and stock check functions
- General warehouse duties
- Adhering to all health & safety procedures as set out by the client
- Use of handheld scanners to scan products and put them away in the correct location
Essential Criteria
- Previous experience in a retail/ stockroom/ warehouse environment
- Own transport is a necessity, due to the location public transport is not operational in this area
Desirable Criteria
- Previous experience using handheld scanners
