Van Driver - Fresh Produce Distribution

Position Details
- Role: Van Driver
- Location: West Belfast
- Duration: Temporary to Permanent
- Pay Rate: £13.88 per hour
- Hours: Monday-Friday, 6am-2:30pm + alternate Saturdays

Duties
- Deliver fresh produce to restaurants, retailers, and wholesalers
- Drive company vehicle safely on planned multi‑drop routes
- Unload goods with care to maintain product quality
- Provide excellent, friendly customer service on every delivery
- Complete daily vehicle checks and reports any issues
- Maintain accurate delivery records, PODs, and logs
- Maintain a clean and tidy vehicle
- Assist the team during busy periods or tight schedules
- Vans are pre‑loaded in delivery sequence prior to driver arrival
Essential Requirements
- Clean UK driving licence
- Minimum 1 year van driving experience
- Strong geographic knowledge of Northern Ireland
- Full flexibility due to business needs
Desirable
- Pallet truck/forklift licence
- COSHH / Health & Safety awareness
- Food hygiene knowledge
