This is a rewarding and fast-paced opportunity for an organised and proactive administrator who enjoys working within a busy operational environment. The successful candidate will support the scheduling and coordination of works, liaise with clients and suppliers, and ensure the smooth running of administrative processes across projects and maintenance operations. Applicants with experience within planned maintenance, responsive maintenance, mechanical, electrical, or compliance environments will be highly desirable.
Duties will include:
- Handle incoming telephone and email enquiries professionally
- Schedule daily works using the company software system
- Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, engineers, and clients
- Carry out data input, administration, and document processing
- Support the efficient delivery of planned and reactive maintenance works
- Maintain accurate records and uphold GDPR and Data Protection policies
- Carry out general office and administrative duties
- Assist management with additional operational tasks as required
- Adhere to all company Health and Safety policies
