Ashton Recruitment are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing national service provider for three Pest Control Technicians to join their expanding team.

Locations: Derry/Londonderry, Enniskillen & Downpatrick

Coverage Area: Northern Ireland and parts of the Republic of Ireland including Dublin, Donegal and Louth

Job Type: Full-Time | Permanent

Salary: Up to £29,500 basic salary (depending on experience) + Commission

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working independently, meeting customers, and managing their own workload. Previous pest control experience is welcomed but not essential as full training can be provided for the right candidate.

The Role:

Working across both residential and commercial environments, you will be responsible for providing pest prevention, inspection and treatment services while delivering excellent customer service. Key duties include:

  • Conducting site inspections and pest control treatments
  • Carrying out preventative pest management measures
  • Maintaining accurate records using mobile technology
  • Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
  • Managing your own daily schedule and territory
  • Identifying opportunities to provide additional services where appropriate
  • Ensuring all work is completed safely and in line with company procedures

What We're Looking For:

  • Full UK driving licence
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
  • Good attention to detail
  • Comfortable using mobile devices and apps
  • Reliable, professional and self-motivated approach
  • Previous field service, facilities, maintenance, environmental services, grounds maintenance, security, trades or pest control experience would be advantageous
