Ashton Recruitment is seeking a professional, friendly and organised Customer Service & Store Assistant to join their client's team based on the Castlereagh Road area of Belfast. This is a varied, customer-facing role where no two days are the same. You will support the day-to-day running of the store while assisting customers with a range of services including courier shipments, packaging, mailbox rental, printing, copying, scanning and general business support.

The successful candidate will be confident dealing with customers, have strong attention to detail and take pride in providing a high standard of service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver excellent customer service and create a positive experience for every customer
  • Process domestic and international courier shipments accurately
  • Assist customers with printing, copying, scanning and document services
  • Handle incoming mail and parcels for mailbox customers
  • Promote and sell store products and services
  • Process payments and maintain accurate records
  • Support stock control, store administration and general daily operations
  • Keep the store clean, professional and welcoming at all times

  • Previous experience in retail, customer service or a similar customer-facing role
  • Friendly, confident and professional communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
