About the Company
Our client is a specialist contractor operating across protective coatings, industrial painting, passive fire protection, and construction works. With a growing project portfolio across Ireland and the UK, they are now looking to bring in a hands-on, creative and organised individual to support both marketing activity and day-to-day office operations.
Role Overview
This is a varied and evolving position combining marketing, brand development, and office coordination. You will play a key role in shaping how the business presents itself to clients, supporting not just day-to-day content, but also the overall marketing direction, project visibility, and commercial positioning of the company. Alongside this, you will provide structured administrative and coordination support to the senior team, ensuring smooth internal operations.
Key Responsibilities (but not limited to)
- Marketing, Brand & Communications
- Take ownership of the company's marketing output and brand presence across all channels
- Plan and deliver structured marketing activity, not just ad hoc posting
- Develop project case studies, showcasing work in a professional and commercially focused way
- Create high-quality content including:
- Project photography and videography
- Before/after project visuals
- Short-form and long-form content for digital use
- Maintain and continuously improve the company website
- Upload detailed project case studies, news, and updates
- Work with external providers to enhance functionality and performance
- Monitor engagement and suggest improvements to content and structure
- Assist in preparing client-facing documents, presentations, and marketing collateral
- Support the business in promoting key projects, wins, and capabilities
- Contribute ideas to improve how the company positions itself within the market
- Provide day-to-day admin support to senior management
- Manage emails, scheduling, and diary coordination
- Assist with document preparation, reports, and general office organisation
- Support project administration where required
Candidate Requirements
Experience
- 2+ years' experience in a marketing, communications, or business support role
- Experience contributing to structured marketing activity or campaigns (not just posting)
- Exposure to website/content management systems
Skills
- Strong understanding of branding and professional content creation
- Ability to create polished, client-facing materials
- Good commercial awareness - understands how marketing supports business growth
- Strong written communication with attention to detail
