Location: Eglinton, Derry/Londonderry
Duration: Permanent
Pay Rate: £25000 - £28000
Hours of work: Monday - Friday

Duties will include:
- Undertake a range of administrative tasks to support the smooth running of the office and wider business operations.
- Act as a first point of contact for telephone and email enquiries, providing professional and timely support to customers, contractors, and internal teams.
- Maintain and update spreadsheets, trackers, and internal systems to monitor progress across projects and operational activities.
- Prepare reports, summaries, and documentation as required for management, audits, or compliance purposes.
- Support the delivery and coordination of ongoing projects by liaising with stakeholders, scheduling appointments, and ensuring documentation is accurate and complete.
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Operations Team and Office Manager, assisting with scheduling, record keeping, and general office management duties.
- Contribute to the improvement of administrative processes and systems, promoting efficiency and a high standard of service throughout the business.

Essential Criteria:
- Excellent general administration skills
- Thorough knowledge of MS Office to include Excel, Word and Outlook, good understanding of SharePoint, experience of using bespoke databases
- Good communication skills when dealing with customers
- You will have contact with various stakeholders, from customers, installers, colleagues from other departments and you will be the key point of contact for all
- Due to the nature of the business, there will be conflicting priorities and the ability to organise will be key to this role
