Are you an experienced Joiner who takes pride in delivering high-quality work? We are looking for a reliable, hard-working skilled worker to join our team and deliver top-quality bespoke joinery across a range of projects. As a Joiner, you will be responsible for manufacturing, assembling, and installing solid, high-quality woodwork and fittings. Working with timber and other materials, you will produce bespoke joinery built to exact specifications while maintaining high standards of skill, quality, and safety.
Position: Joiner
Location: Belfast
Duration: Temporary to Permanent
Pay Rate: £17.50 per hour
Hours of work: Monday to Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm (on call once every 8 weeks with additional payments)

Key Responsibilities include:
- Measuring, cutting, shaping, and assembling timber and timber-based materials
- Manufacturing and installing doors, windows, staircases, cabinets, and bespoke joinery
- Reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications
- Using hand tools, power tools, and woodworking machinery safely and effectively
- Carrying out repairs, maintenance, and alterations to existing joinery
- Ensuring work is completed to a high standard and within agreed time frames
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Complying with all health and safety regulations
- Working independently or as part of a team and liaising with other trades as required

Essential Criteria:
- Proven experience as a Joiner or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of woodworking techniques and materials
- Ability to read and work from technical drawings

- Effective time and workload management
Desirable Criteria:
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Carpentry and Joinery (or equivalent)
- CSR / CSCS card (for site-based work where required)
- Completed apprenticeship in Joinery or Carpentry
