This role involves operating Class 1 lorries transporting materials between sites across Northern Ireland, working closely with a major aerospace company. Position: HGV 1 Driver - Nightshift
Location: Belfast
Duration: Permanent
Rate of Pay: £17.21 per hour
Hours of Work: Monday to Thursday, 8:00pm - 7:00am
Duties:
- Transporting large goods to and from various sites across Northern Ireland
- Providing business-to-business logistics and transport support to a large aerospace company
- Assisting with the loading and offloading of aerospace components
- Shunting aerospace parts between sites within the yard
- Working in full compliance with company health and safety procedures
Essential Criteria:
- Valid, clean UK Category C+E driving licence
- Minimum of 1 year HGV 1 driving experience
- Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
Desirable Criteria:
- Previous experience transporting oversized loads
