This is a varied, hands‑on role involving window cleaning, power washing and general grounds maintenance across a range of client sites. The successful candidate must be comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions and travelling between locations as required.
Key Responsibilities- Cleaning windows at commercial and residential premises
- Carrying out power washing of paths, walls, yards and external surfaces
- Completing general grounds maintenance duties
- Grass cutting, strimming, weeding and hedge trimming
- Clearing leaves, litter and other debris
- Ensuring outdoor areas are clean, tidy and well maintained
- Safely operating cleaning and grounds maintenance equipment
- Completing daily jobs to a high standard
- Following all relevant health and safety procedures
- Driving company vehicles between sites
- A full UK driving licence
- Previous experience in window cleaning, power washing, grounds maintenance or a similar practical role
- Comfortable working outdoors and completing physically demanding duties
- Reliable, punctual and able to work independently
- Good attention to detail
- A flexible and hardworking approach
