Location: Moy, Co. Tyrone
Salary: £36,000 + Performance Bonus (up to £3,600)
Hours: Full-Time | 40 Hours per Week | 5 Days from 7
This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious retail or hospitality manager to take ownership of a busy and growing Foodhall, overseeing multiple fresh food departments while driving commercial performance, food quality and team development.

The Role
As Foodhall Manager, you will have responsibility for the day-to-day operation of the store's fresh food departments, including:
- Deli
- Bakery
- Butchery
- Food Preparation
- Beverages
Key responsibilities
- Leading, motivating and developing a team across all fresh food departments.
- Managing rotas, staffing levels and labour budgets to maximise efficiency.
- Driving sales, gross profit, waste reduction and departmental KPIs.
- Maintaining the highest standards of food safety, hygiene and legal compliance.
- Ensuring excellent product availability, merchandising and customer service.
- Supporting new product launches, menu development and seasonal promotions.
- Managing stock control, ordering and production planning to minimise waste.
- Working closely with the Store Manager to deliver continuous operational improvements.
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- A minimum of 3 years' management experience within a Foodhall, Deli, Café, Fresh Food or Convenience Retail environment.
- A proven track record of delivering sales, margin and labour targets.
- Strong leadership and people management experience.
- Excellent knowledge of food safety legislation, HACCP and hygiene standards.
- Experience managing stock control, rotas and operational performance.
- Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
- A hands-on leadership style with a passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Experience within a SPAR, EUROSPAR, supermarket or high-volume food retail environment would be highly advantageous.
