Job Type: Full-Time - Permanent

Hours of work: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm (41.25 hpw)

Rate of Pay: £15.00 - £18.00 per hour depending on experience

Our client is an award-winning and innovative manufacturing company based in County Down, designing and producing some of the most technologically advanced agricultural and industrial machinery in Northern Ireland. Due to continued growth and expansion into new markets, we are seeking skilled and motivated Welder Fabricators to join our team. Working within a modern manufacturing facility, you will play a key role in the production of industry-leading machinery while developing your skills as part of a supportive and experienced team.

The Role

As a Welder Fabricator, you will be responsible for fabricating and welding components to a high standard while ensuring accuracy, quality and efficiency throughout the manufacturing process.

Duties

  • Fabricate components using jigs and fixtures.
  • Carry out fabrication using self-alignment methods.
  • Perform MIG welding to a high standard.
  • Read, interpret and work from engineering drawings and technical specifications.
  • Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and efficient production processes.
  • Maintain a clean, safe and organised work area.

Essential Requirements

  • Previous experience in MIG welding and fabrication.
  • Ability to read and follow engineering drawings.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
