Our client is a well-established and rapidly growing organisation within the courier and logistics sector, supporting businesses and individuals with reliable parcel delivery and distribution services across Northern Ireland and beyond. Operating in a fast-paced, service-driven environment, they are known for their strong local presence, commitment to customer service, and ability to handle high volumes of deliveries efficiently. Due to continued growth, they are seeking a Customer Service Administrator to join their team and support day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities (Not exhaustive)
- Ensure all calls, emails, online enquiries, and collection requests are responded to within agreed service levels
- Process and coordinate customer freight and collection requests accurately, ensuring all details are captured correctly
- Liaise with customers, drivers, and internal teams to ensure smooth movement and delivery of parcels
- Provide administrative support to the Sales Team, including logging and maintaining accurate sales lead information
- Monitor and update internal systems to track consignments, collections, and customer requests
- Resolve customer queries and issues efficiently, maintaining a high standard of service at all times
- Maintain a strong understanding of systems, processes, and operational procedures to support service delivery and continuous improvement
Essential Criteria
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Previous administration or customer service experience (logistics/courier experience desirable)
- Good geographical knowledge of Northern Ireland, particularly for routing and collections
- Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Ability to work accurately with data and systems in a high-volume environment
