Are you a practical, hands-on worker who enjoys being on the move and working across different sites? We are seeking CSR Labourers / Van Drivers to join a busy team in Belfast.
If you\’re reliable, flexible, and take pride in delivering excellent service, this role offers variety, structured hours, and opportunities to work across Northern Ireland and occasionally the Republic of Ireland.
This role combines labour work with customer service, including building and fitting office furniture on a variety of sites. You\’ll be working with a supportive team where your attention to detail, mechanical skills, and ability to meet deadlines will be valued.
Overnight stays in ROI are occasionally required, with hotels and food expenses fully provided, giving a clear structure and security for extended assignments.
Position Details
- Role: CSR Labourer / Van Driver
- Location: Belfast (occasional overnight stays across ROI)
- Rate: £12.75 per hour (increased based on experience)
- Overtime:
- Mon-Sat after 6pm: Time & a half (£19.13)
- Sunday after 9pm: Double time (£25.50)
- Hours: Monday-Friday, 7:45am-5:00pm (may vary by site)
- Contract: Various ongoing contracts
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect furniture for specification discrepancies, shortages, and damage
- Provide excellent customer service on all sites
- Assemble and install office furniture across NI and ROI
- Work safely and efficiently to meet project deadlines
- Ensure compliance with all health & safety regulations
- Leave each site clean and organised upon completion
Essential Criteria
- Valid CSR Card
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Flexibility to stay overnight in ROI (hotel and food provided)
- Mechanically minded with practical skills
Desirable Criteria
- Previous experience in joinery, fit-outs, or furniture fitting
